Hand Beauty Revealed
Lots of woman have amazing figures and young faces but are let down by their poorly looked after hands that give their age away. Most people however are clueless when it comes to hand care and not only mistreat them but do not take steps to repair them if they are damaged. Here is some of the best advice possible for maintaining your hand’s youth.
Moisturiser. Not doing this properly is fastest way to age your hands. You skin type will determine what type of moisturiser you want to be using. If you have oily skin then use light skin care products, and if you skin tends to dry, you’ll want a rich one. Moisturising should be a frequent thing also. When you come out of the cold, before sleep, when you wake etc. If you keep this up your skin will become a lot more supple and will age much much slower
Protection is key. One of the most common ways that you hands start to look older is when they pick up scratches, grazes and all sorts of other injuries. Wearing gloves as much as possible will help protect them and this should especially be done when performing tasks such as gardening, cleaning, washing up etc. There are a whole host of chemicals that are harmful to the skin in cleaning products and if you can keep these away from skin, it’ll thank you for it.
Manicures. Treating yourself to a manicure can be a great way to jazz up your hands and get them looking fresh again. Sometimes it only takes a little bit of painting and some skin work to take 10 years off your hands. If you get a hand massage as part of you manicure than this is even better as it tones the skin and muscles of the hand whilst removing dead cells also.
