Avoid acne by maintaining personal hygiene

When excessive sweat accumulates on the body and stays on it for a long period of time, it could result in the formation of Acne, which is obviously undesirable.
Some people feel that by applying creams that reduce sweat,they can minimise chances of acne. This is a myth which needs immediate rectification. Just by reducing sweating,you do not minimise the chances of acne.
To take care of Acne, there is just one thing you want to note – Keep yourself clean. This would imply you following the basic cleanliness measures. You need not use anti acne lotions excessively. Acne is not really a very serious disorder and can be cured easily.
